Corebook 0.99 and GitHub page

We are nearing the release of the Everloyal playtest, and the Corebook has been updated to 0.99 in anticipation.
I have also made the GitHub page for the Corebook public (link below). Keep in mind this is my first time using LaTeX so the formatting and code is messy. Any PR's for typos or grammatical mistakes will be appreciated.
